Advice From a Friend
A downloadable game
OCD is a disease frequently mis-portrayed in media. With frequent representations being either far too extreme or flat out lies. Advice From A Friend seeks to show what it actually feels like to live with OCD by following a young college graduate named Robin as she goes about her day. Talk to residents, complete OCD rituals, and just try to get through one very bad day.
- Experience life with OCD in an accurate and heartbreaking way.
- Complete real life OCD rituals ranging from checking door locks to compulsivehandwashing.
- Develop muscle memory to simulate pattern thinking, similar to what OCD feels like.
- Fully written out and linear story, taking place over one very hard day.
- Talk to 6 unique and fully developed characters!
- 5 Completely unique and interesting locations to explore!
- Completely original pixel art!
